House Rules

Dear Guests,

To ensure a peaceful and relaxing stay for everyone, we kindly ask for your attention to the following house rules, and thank you in advance for your cooperation:

• The use of electric ovens or cooking appliances in hotel rooms is strictly prohibited and dangerous.
• Ironing in the room is not permitted. Should you need ironing, please contact Reception or the housekeeping staff.
• Smoking is forbidden throughout the hotel, except in designated areas.
• After 10:00 p.m., please lower not only the television but also any other noise to respect the rest of other guests.
• When leaving your room, please remove the key card from the holder and ensure that all water taps are turned off.
• Our breakfast and dinner buffets offer unlimited dining in the restaurant, but we kindly ask that no food be taken away for later consumption. Otherwise, the meal will be charged again to your room account.
• For meals and other hotel events, we kindly request appropriate attire.
• On the day of departure, please note that minibars will be checked from 9:00 a.m.
• Textiles provided in the rooms are available for purchase at Reception.
